The problem is that even them cannot say "you have 1% of possibility of getting younger revolver on a steel chest" because that doesn´t exist.
I bet the algorithm that gives the items just gets around some pools of items, and for some sentence of time or users online, and selects one of the pools and gets one of the items when you buy/receive the box.
So even if 100 players get boxes at the same time, they will have a very low possibility of getting the same thing.
That way even the team cannot say that you can get better items if you get the box in a precise second.
So even them cannot say that "you have 1% for this" because you can go around 560000000 boxes and won´t find all the items.
So the only thing they can say is: we have 50 items in 6 pools and the algorithm just selects one of those randomly.
