The horse set is trash, the clothes seem nice, however, they literally give zero leadership. The outcome is, Cortina is still better for attacks, especially if someone has the Summer Spirit Set.

For those interested, see below the clothing set bonus with 5 items (without the hat) at level 150.
On a separate note, if you are curious about any kind of gear mixture (e.g. Caribbean clothing set + summer spirit set) and the specific bonuses, please let me and I can post these for you.

So devs got time to design yet another nugget FF set but don´t have time to change 3 numbers to adjust tower bonuses which ruined FF balance last fall?

Pirate set and Caribbean set two different ones, Big treasure chest contain Pirate set, Big Caribbean chest contain Caribbean set. You can see, last one contains that " Letter in the bottle".
