New Issue Wrong skillpoints?

Not sure if it's bug but Station manager's set should be viable as in full resistance builds but it gives health from strength https://wiki.the-west.net/wiki/Station_manager's_set should't it grant charisma instead of str?

I'm sure they intended that.. Since they don't want "no-Hp Resist build"
But yea, Set gives too low Leadership. As if Tanks can do damage with their Hp builds
