And they annonce this event as somethng new, never seen before in TW., they totally forgot that they did the same last year it seems. They forgot to change last years text, so maybe they forgot to make a new quest

Yes, but it has been unlocked already (we are on step 4/5 for the world), but we cant find where the quest starts...
