Seriously though, so far I haven't seen one single cry baby so I highly doubt thats a requirement.
Besides all the awesomeness, I personally got it because .se needed some representation @ the beta.

The best way is to actively report bugs, both on your local forums and beta, as well as participating with productive contributions to general discussions.
