with the new versions i can do the jobs without positive labor points. but i don't know if i can drop the product with negative points ... who can help me? i need the answer faster as possible

Yeah, I believe you need positive labor points for most quest items.

All the adventure items (excluding events) need to have positive points on the job to drop.

So yes, you need to have, at least, +1 labour point on the job with the product equipped.
