Answered Questions about dueling

Hey guys I have got some questions to the more exprienced ones about dueling.

1. At what rate do Tactics and Appearance influence the Aim skill?
for example:
challanger:100 app. 100 aim
defender: 50 tac.
so the challenger in this case gets +50 aim, or an other amount calculated by some formula?

2. In the Tacitcs part, where i can set where i want to aim and dodge, how much does standing still (not dodging anywhere, improving the chance to hit) influence my Aim?

These two questions came to my mind and i didn't find any answer in the wiki, so i would appreciate your thoughts about this.
