Current situation:
Quest 2656 - Ruined Party? asks for Go to the Riverbed

Expected situation:
Quest 2656 should ask for:
Go to the Riverbed
Complete quest (2657) Deal of the weekend

Technically this is not a bug, just a mismatch on the quest text and quest requirements.

This is not a "normal bug" it´s an omission when implemented the story into the game. One step (the 2656) is missing a requirement so the text doesn´t make sense.
(Most people don´t care reading the texts but, the quest asks for talk with waupee and the requirement is walk into the riverbed when it should asks that and for finishing waupee quest.)

So if I understand this correctly, the finish requirement for quest id 2655 (Ruined party?) should be "Go to riverbed and Complete quest (2657) Deal of the weekend" instead of just "Go to riverbed"?
