Golden and silver circles around work icons

I would like to ask what do mean those golden or silver circles around work icons? I was not able to find any answer here.

From the announcement:

[*]Silver and Gold jobs appear randomly on the map and give higher rewards

The higher rewards are not shown in the job window though.

Are the rings completely random in terms of the jobs selected - are they only going to appear on certain high-level LP jobs? How frequently do they change?

I don't know.

I have found a gold ring on a "Tanning deer skins" work. It don't seems to be on the other "tanning" icons in the other places.
I work 5 times in a row and nothing special happen.

Will the gold and silver jobs change positions each day or is this just the case here on beta (still adjusting the amount).
I set 4h of laying railroad tracks in the evening on regular job and when i looked in the morning the job was silver.
