The how to change it is by making it have 1-2 uses per day rather than having a time stamp on it.
Kinda like what you guys did with Summer's soup.
But it resets when it is midnight like repeatable daily quests.
I ain't complaining about how it is now, but rather suggest a better approach which was suggested a long time ago.
I hope 2017 is where good ideas are heard rather than shelved because it wasn't made with the most luxurious box.
