Christmas products error

I used a Christmas product, the bonus are ok, but... in the word Amchitka if I use double or triple or ecc... Christmas product I get a error message, I can't use two Christmas product.
This is an error or a new rule?

Almost every usable item has a cooldown of 10 minutes.This is intended to be so and it's been ingame a while now
