because this set is like 10 years old
when it first came out it was the next best thing.. but too InnoGames it was so good their never released it and starting parting it out .. so far pants / coat came out now the other 2 pieces..
theres so much better other gear then this junk now

You need to finish 1500 quests (excluding daily repeatable ones) for Lincoln's Tailcoat and use 5000 buffs for Lincoln's pants.
