the text in the part negotiations - I got form the quest giver junction - tells me to go to the western point - but is that - the one in east ore the one in west- as western point - is in the east at the moment.

I only went to east and west point and looked into old jacob and ist was marked as finished there, walking to him, just now. He is in county 2.
