Travelling Fair Investigation on Alamogordo

We're currently investigating why the travelling fair people are not handing out bond rewards for the products delivered. As for now, this seems to be a Alamogordo specific issue.

Due to this, there might be a couple travelling fair reward reports hitting your inbox. Feel free to use those additional bonds for whatever you want :-)

We found the suppressed bonds and handed them to their actual owners. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to identify and arrest the people who took the bonds from the reward pool. Only a yellow piece of peel was found at the crime scene.

Also, this was a local issue and should not happen on live worlds. In any case, no bonds have been / will be lost.
