Recipes drop

I'm doing break up gangs job with +9 labor points and have luck range of 674-2023.

However, i already found three 450 cp recipes, which have value of 3500$.

And i know that it is possible to get 2 recipes in one report.
How are recipes handled?

I guess they are a part of the questionmark thingy. With normal jobs you won't get these recipes if your value is lower.

On a couple of jobs its possible to get the 450 CP recipies as an extra drop.
I guess there is a x% chance of getting one on top of the regular random drops.
