pets were extinguished before birth?

I remember in a road map mentioned the arrival of the pets (just a like the west wars)
I would like ask...

they were discarded?

There have been a lot of things in past Roadmaps that haven't been implemented yet. Don't worry, there's still plenty of time left in... eternity.

The Young coyote is no more of a pet than a Quarter horse, AFAIK pets wouldn't have been implemented in the riding animal slot. Riding a cat? That's just cruel!

I noticed it also that the young coyote has been added to the database of tw-db and the one of the west:

I'm so glad pets were not implemented. The very idea makes me shudder.
