You will only get an answer... when the event is activated here, around 5 days before hitting the normal servers.
So don´t bother asking because they won´t tell you.
When they announce it, everyone will know the dates.

In 2014 the Oktoberfest started on september 11th for the beta servers. While in 2013 the start date was september 16th. This should give you a rough idea on when to expect it this year.

Oktoberfest 2013 started on 21.09.2013 - event started 5 days prior.
Oktoberfest 2014 started on 20.09.2014 - event started 9 days prior.

Looks like it's arriving a bit late than usual this year.

The party "outside" starts next Saturday, 19th.

If they start it next week on the normal servers, we can get it here on Friday.
