It wasn't ever promised, it was just leaked as a concept art for the new town layout.
I can officially say that it's not coming with the release of 2.0, but it's still said to come later. So keep on planning your new towns

i wouldnt consider it a leak when it was included in the 2011 roadmap(remember when you guys used to do them)
