Answered Golden Colt and Sabre

Hello!
Are there any changes for the first steps in the golden weapons (colt and sabre) of the quests?
I'm playing again on Alamogordo with a new character, passed level 70 but after many times trying River fishing I didn't succeed since a few days.
Any idea please? Thanks

NB: Already edited the question, but cannot edit the subject (remove the sabre)

Thanks for reply, but I'm doing the job (equiped with the strange lump of dust) since a long time and still don't get the dirty item. I have tried the job (river fishing) for 15s, 10mn and 1hr many times but it seems I have no luck!
