Due to some unforeseen technical problems today, it is necessary to rollback our databases to an earlier backup from yesterday evening. This means some data from today will be lost!

What will be affected: data stored against your global account, such as email verification status and premium.

What will not be affected: data stored against your individual characters, such as level and inventory.

We apologise sincerely and thank you for your patience as beta testers. We will be working to restore any lost premium purchases manually as soon as possible.

Thanks for everyone's patience. The emergency maintenance was successful and the servers have been restored.

When you login, you will find an interstitial advising you of a campaign offering 100 free nuggets. By claiming these nuggets, your premium total will be synced with our central servers and henceforth show the correct amount. Additionally, purchasing or spending any nuggets yourself will also correct your total. Please note that the campaign concludes in a week's time. If you still have any premium issues after that then please do not hesitate to contact support.

If you are one of the thirty lucky players that registered over the past couple of days, all of your account data should have been recovered, but please let us know if you encounter any anomalies.
