Buffalo Bill's revolver

How do i get Buffalo Bill's Revovler?
I have seen it here: http://tw-db.info/index.php?strana=veci&typ=right_arm&skills=leadership (the last gun)
I think it should be easy to get, because i can use it in level 10.
Is there someone, who know how i can get this gun?

Hey there,

Only referred players get buffalo bills bag, which contains his revolver.
It is not tradable.

So I'm afraid you won't be getting it.

(Sorry if its a stupit question, im not the very best at english)
So i can not get that revolver... Not in a quest or something els...
Is it because im a 'ordinary' player?
