Achievements on character sheet

On several characters' character sheets, there are achievement in the 4 boxes, just under the picture. How do they get there?

you can either
  • click on an empty box in your achievements overview to chose from a selection
or
  • open the achievements tab and check the little box right of the achievement title (lets you chose from ALL gained achievements)
