Hi! Does someone know what are the requirements for a local server to migrate to Net?

My server (spanish) is DEAD, really dead, all the active players have asked to migrate, but our local server closed all things relative to that.

So I ask what needs to happen?

I guess if the server has close to 0 nugget purchases then that can happen but I don't think they will open migrations because there are no duels or battles. InnoGames worry only about losing money so I think no Nugget purchases are a main factor of a local server closing/migrating.
