Birthday Contest Rules

The following page contains all information and contest rules for the Birhday Contest 2021. Please be aware that by sending a contest entry, you are committed to following these rules.

§1 General

• The game rules and the General Terms and Conditions apply to this competition. Additional rules may apply in the individual game description.
• The organizer is The West Team, who will take part in any juries. Members of The Team are excluded from participating.
• This contest is open to any player with a registered forum account. Participation is free.
• These rules are unable to cover every eventuality. The organizer may act on matters that are not covered.
• These policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• This runs between 2021-04-30 12:00 CEST and 2021-05-05 23:59.

§2 Contest information

• The Birthday Contest is made up from 3 different games. Every game has separate rewards and it becomes available at different times.
• You can access the contest overview page from the top of the forum. There you can select the game in which you would like to participate. Every game has a separate description, in order to submit a valid entry you should follow it.
• Contest schedule:
• Game 1 starts: 2021-04-30 12:00 CEST
• Game 2 starts: 2021-05-01 12:00 CEST
• Game 3 starts: 2021-05-02 12:00 CEST
• Deadline for all entries: 2021-05-05 23:59
• Winners will be announced latest until: 2021-05-12 23:59
• All contest entries are not publicly visible during the contest, they can be seen only by the respective player and the moderator team.

§3 Prizes

• During the Birthday Contest every game has individual prizes, which are also indicated in the game description, and there is also a possible reward for players who participated in all 3 games.
• Two kind of methods are used to determine winners.
• The first 3 or 5 amount of correct entries = in this case the first 3 or 5 (respective to the game description) with correct and valid entries will be awarded with the prize mentioned
• Drawn at random = in this case the winners for the certain prizes are drawn at random among all valid and correct entries
• Rewards - Game 1
• First 3 correct and valid answers:
• One item of your choice from the Trapper's set
• Drawn at random from all correct and valid entries:
• 5 x 200 Bonds
• 3 x 16000 Choose any event currency (Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Oktoberfest, Day of the Dead)
• 2 x One item of your choice from the Trapper's set
• Rewards - Game 2
• First 5 correct and valid answers:
• One item of your choice from the Trapper's set
• Drawn at random from all correct and valid entries:
• 5 x 200 Bonds
• 3 x Two items of your choice from the normal event sets 2013-2020
• 3 x One item of your choice from the Trapper's set
• Rewards - Game 3
• First 3 correct and valid answers:
• One item of your choice from the Trapper's set
• Drawn at random from all correct and valid entries:
• 5 x 200 Bonds
• 3 x Choose any birthday cake
• 1 x One item of your choice from the Trapper's set
• Drawn at random from players who participate with valid and correct entries in all 3 games:
• 5 x 300 Nuggets
• 3 x Full Trapper's Set
• 2 x Old avatar
• All games have one and only one correct answer, therefore entries are considered to be correct if they only contain the correct expected answer.
• Entries are considered to be valid in the case they were sent during the participation period, and the player has followed all the contest rules presented on this page.
• In the unlikely case nobody meets the criterium of having participated in all games with valid and correct entries, the bonus prize cannot be given out.
• A player may be eligible for multiple rewards from multiple games, but only one per game category.

§4 Contest entry rules

• Every player can participate only with one account on this contest, even if they have more accounts on different worlds.
• For every game only one entry is accepted. If more entries are created only the first one is taken in consideration.
• Contest entries cannot be modified or deleted. If you would like to revoke your entry report your forum post or contact the support team. By revoking your entry you will be disqualified from this contest.
• Disclosing the answers for the contest, regardless they are correct or not, is prohibited during the contest.
• Players violating any of the contest rules will be disqualified from the contest.
• If a player is disqualified they cannot win in any categories during this contest.

§5 Claiming the rewards

• Should you win a prize in the event, it can only be granted to the account that won.
• After the winners were announced, you will need to create a support ticket in order to request your reward.
• For your request you will need to select "Contest" as a ticket type and as world the one where you would like to receive your reward.
• In the case of Two items of your choice from normal event sets 2013-2020 rewards, the winner can choose whichever 2 items from sets which were receivable from Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Oktoberfest and Day of the Dead Events from 2013 to 2020, with the exception that the chosen item cannot be from the winner set itself. You may even choose 2 of the same item.
• In case of Choose any event currency rewards, the player will receive an item in their inventory which can be used during the respective event to receive their event currency. The winner may choose the item from the following events: Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Oktoberfest, Day of the Dead.
• In case of Choose any birthday cake rewards, the winner may choose one item from the following: Birthday cake, 5 Year Anniversary Birthday Cake, 9th Birthday Cake, 10 Years Birthday Cake, 12 Years Birthday Cake, 13 Years Birthday Cake.
• You can request your prizes until 2021-05-31 23:59.

§6 Questions and Feedback

• Do not post there your contest entries as the posts are publicly visible and will result in disqualification.
