While your intentions were clearly just to create a list of top 100 players worldwide, by adding in game actions is legally against your good intentions. Let me explain to you why:
Even if you say, that you have created this list because you were bored, EU laws in general, and laws in countries like Germany, France, Netherlands, Slovakia and Czechia are much smarter and very strict.
Even if the creator, so you, doesnt say these people are using scripts or bots, you can be held liable for defamation. In the EU, if you provide a tool or a list in an enviroment, where you know it will be used to harass people based on your informations used, you are responsible fot the context you created. By creating a Global top 100 players and listing in job actions, you are actually pointing a finger. If anybody here in this thread will attack even one players on your list, its because you have provided the target list. NetzDG is german law, under which its stated, once a platform is notified that a post is being used to defame people, they must remove it. If the creater, so you, continues to host it on their own website, they become the publisher and are directly liable for the damage to those 100 reputation, if there is damage caused. If anybody uses your top list and current informations in it as a proof, then your future website is hosting false and misleading data, very simple.
Another think that can put you in a trouble is republishing. If you are taking a look at someone elses stats or in game even public informations, you are viewer. If you take a screenshot, and start conversations, you are republisher. You ton be able to use scrapped informations for third party site without facing serious legal risks to be honest. Even if data are publicly visible, there is something called Sui Generis, whis is holding a database right, so, InnoGames does hold it to track all players. If you scrape that data to make your own ranking site, you are extracting and reutilizing rights of company. In this case Innogames.
Now let me tell you about DSA and let you all decide if you still think you are safe because internet is for free.
While the GDPR protects your data and even in this case, if some players from veterans are well knows with their real name and get bad reputation, GDPR comes here as well, the DSA (DIgital Services Act) in EU protects every user from systemic issues like harassement, illegal content, shady platform behaviour, etc
This is where they wont see you as "I was just making a rank" part: If your rank based on informations in it leads to scripthunts, or any kind of hunt (name, origin, money), DSA will consider it as a high risk activity. If one person will get harassed from your list, you wont be able ti hide behind neutrality because of specific informations you have listed. EU is very strict with this. If random person listed in your rank gets attacked or shamed on the west forum or in game, they can actually file s DSA complaint and then Innogames must explain why they allowed data to be used that way. Fines are high and once company loose it, they will ask to pay it back from you.
And the last but not least, according to the law, and as weird as it sounds, player who is using any kind of scripts is in this situation a victim, simply because it was a CM who was not able to stop it and let markets use them for years. Players just followed enviroment that has changed and nobody changed it back. Which is why this all are fault not of players that will always try to find easier way, but fault of CM for not being able to do the job.
There are some players on that list that dont use bots and are angry. They were not mentioned bt their names, but there was specificaly stated why they are cheating. So each of you who stated that everything beyong 3,000,000 clicks is by using bots, is liable for defamation and hit target willingly with harassment.
And do remember, Germany has one of the most, if not the most strict laws in EU.
Why I am actually asking my friend who is a lawyer about this? Because I know plenty of players that quit in recent months because of problem like this. Players not knowing situations yet stating.
And not allegedly!!!!!
