Well, other than my sarcastic response I can tell you my ranking of the classes:
Soldier/Dueller > Worker > Adventurer
Why is worker better than adventurer? Because in what an adventurer is /slightly/ better than the other classes (i.e. doing jobs, finding stuff) can be replaced with sets that just disgustingly come without an end.
Workers' fort fight stats are insane, the 0 bank fee is very useful, the extra xp comes in handy on the long run. Those who build churches are able to use less consumables doing it than others due to increased motivation. But I might be wrong about it because I never build church. Basically every class bonus is - one more than other - useful.
What does an adventurer have? We can hold a sector in a fort fight quite well. And that's about it. We receive extra 20% drop chance, 20% luck! Both of them are easily replacable with current sets. We get less damage during work, which can be completely negated with the abundance of different buffs, but I guess it is as good as the worker's motivation bonus so no complaint about it. Oh wait, I forgot the most op thing in the game for an adventurer, with premium we can sleep in other town's hotel (but only up to level 4) for free! What a perk to work with. And I got sarcastic again by the end.
Change my mind that adventurer class is the worst of them all. And they would not have to rework it completely to be very good, just boost the hell out the job related skills, like 100% extra drop chance and 100% luck. Or I don't know, I did not put too much thought about this but make the adventurer what it was when this all started - a class that is better at doing jobs than the others.
