You need to have one of the items listed in the 2.107 update notes as being used for a quest, then you need to go to the East point, West point or Ghost town depending on your profession.

According to creation dates of images of new weapons their idea is pretty old so does the damage scaling - 1.9 is not good right now. Comparing them to dueling weapons ,that we can get every 4 weeks(if you don't get lucky +1 from crafting, for example, glowing mixture), they are weak.

Harper's Ave, Medicine man's Tomahawk and 2 guns are really good, 115 average damage at 70th level is great, and you can upgrade them even higher. One of their disadvantages is that you need 600 points in crafting to get them - it could be a problem at 70th lvl, of course you can buy them at market but they are seen very rarely, but new fort rifles aren't tradeable so you have to get 750 crafting points, find right recipe and wait.

And that is my point, how long is cooldown on new quests? ( I'm guessing they have cooldown because crafting of those items don't give you cooldown).
Average weapon of players in fort battles I believe is something between shiny golden rifle(2,3/lv) and any event weapon from last year upgraded one time for example zapata's ^1 (2,2*1,1 = 2,42/lv) so we would have to get 27 of them to be better than average weapons right now, and if cooldown would be 1 week that's half year of doing one quest if you don't miss any by day.

In my opinion they need to be something around 2,1 damage per level so we could have better than average after 9 quests (maybe 9weeks) (2,1*1,2=2,52/lv), very good one after half year(27 weeks)(2,1*1,3=2,73/lv) and epic after one and half year(81 weeks) ( 2,1*1,4 = 2,94/lv)
Plus two of them are missing skill points right now ;x

What's the deal behind J.Fry's items? - what set bonuses do they give?

I'm surprised a nugget set is in the shop already with no mention of the bonuses.

better ask whats up with the crafting missions?
saddler has a compete in 5 adventures in 144 hour? don't even have to win them
and blacksmith has to get 10 ko's in fort fights in 144 hour?

so the saddler mission only cost you a little time.
while blacksmith can lose ap hp maybe even money and has to do a much longer time to get the mission done.
if there are enough fort battles to begin with, and then get ko's with that stupid amount of hp you see nowadays and clothing sets.

don't know the other 2 missions? but only these 2 already have a freaking big difference in accomplishing it.
saddler can be done in a few hours, while the blacksmith already has to wait a day for the first fort battle(if none has started yet), and then has to do 2-3 of them if they get lucky with ko's

this really makes no freaking sense....at least skip the stupid 144 hours

Tonic peddler = dodge 50 schots in FF
Field cook = hit 30 times in FF

So yeah for saddler, tonic peddler and cook its doable, while for black smith you need a miracle.

well if you are a tank and you need to do 10 ko´s thats really stupid, same goes for a tonic peddler duellist,if you dont wanna die every fort battle just to do some stupid quest, dont understand saddler either, every other crafting has a fort battle quest meanwhile saddler has 5 adventures which can be done in 1 hour, field cook has it too easy as well, 2 fort battles max, so yeah, really unbalanced quests + rewards are so stupid, that its not even worth doing, because there isnt even an achievement for it

Also, these kind of achiements should be all without achievements points added. They shouldn't be considered in the total % to complete all achievements because in the newest worlds, players cannot run anymore previous events and so they have no possibilities to gain the 100%, the same for the newest players in old worlds.

so cancel all achievements then?
the longer you play the more achievements you got.
same goes with different kind of items or clothing sets.
so in fact you want to punish the oldest players for being old players? and keeping it up for so long?

It keeps the total amount going up, otherwise every old player would have had 100% years ago.
And another thing? "these kind"...what you mean exactly? cause we are discussion the latest craft missions that even can be done by new players if they craft that far? and got the recipes off course.
