Could we use an old Recipe Book [item=50605000] for getting new 11.5k & 12k recipes?

We really could use some updated Character buffs, starting with Amulets :p
In this OP Tombola/Nugget sets age.. 10 hp and 10 dodging is kinda odd don't you think.
Sadly I don't see any new ones offering something better either.

What if.. Hp bonus was level based, for example?
