Thunderbird & RSS

Hi there,

has anyone some experience using Thunderbird & RSS-feeds?
Abou a week ago I subscribed to the Dev-Blog & Comments feed (Thunderbird v3.1.10), but:
  • Receiving/fetching feeds works only at startup - and even then, not all the new entries which I can see in the plain text feed appear in Thunderbird
  • regular scheduled AND manual fetching never shows new entries...
Any tips? I don't want to use a dedicated newsreader just for those two feeds ;)
I already tried it with & without the &lang= part in the adress - yielding the same result(s)

/edit: Missing news are arbitrary. Not always newest/oldest items...

Thanks in advance & best regards,
Bluep

..just if anyone is interested (don't think so, since nobody posted...)

The DevBlog RSS module generates incomplete/wrong headers for the feed - an "expire" tag is missing; Thunderbird checks the page, but the cached version is used because of the missing information. Clearing the Cache solves the problem - but it's far away from beeing a solution. :(
