Suggestions for improvement and various discussions

I feel like, at some point in your life, someone told you to take some pills on a daily basis but you seem to ignore the advice and go on without em. Dont ignore your doctor bro.
I'm not your buddy! Or have we herded pigs together? Since when do you get to tell me what to say/write? :annoyed:

Suggestion:
Make town shop mounts or other droppable from jobs.
Right now we only have donkey and mustang.

Game feels like it’s slowly dying, and the updates have been kind of meaningless lately.

Are we really okay with it going this way?

We still have a strong community, maybe we can let experienced players like @Criminus help with coding and bringing it into 2026.

I asked about a roadmap and got “nothing to share”, which makes it a bit ironic that we’re the ones trying to keep a money-making game alive while it’s on its last legs.

*This is not inside information* but the roadmap would be very empty and it's not very hard to figure this one out. We will have a few small features added to the game (fort related) as we can see in the devblog.
I am sorry to always disappoint you guys but this game didn't have a real update since the last play to win event was introduced and I think it was Dia de los Muertos.
Most of that roadmap would be sales and changelog dates.

The roadmap for this year is what they told us. Complete the diggo fort updates. Complete the knowledge base. Add some new quests here and there. And hopefully maybe some other minor improvements like shop bulk buy etc.

1. Now that a really good tactics set has been introduced and it’s back in the META to play this way, I think it’s time to revisit the soldier’s outrageous, downright absurd bonus in duels: double HP and 50% extra tactics. It’s enormous. With the new Guarding Bandit's set, as a soldier, you gain as much as 3000 extra skill points, it’s simply absurd. If the HP bonus is closely tied to fort battles and is harder to adjust, at least focus on the tactics. The bonus was introduced when the gear provided a 20-point tactics bonus, not 2000. Keep in mind that 1 extra point in tactics over your opponent’s appearance is enough to double your aiming, so skill points matter enormously in duels, unlike in Fort battles where there are diminishing returns.

2. Since I notice there’s a lot of reluctance to change class bonuses, even where it’s needed, I won’t insist on changing the adventurer’s fort bonus, but to help balance things out a bit, I have a very profitable solution for InnoGames Games: put a complete fort set for tanks with nuggets up for sale, but add to the set bonus an extra bonus specifically for characters who are adventurers. It could be overall damage reduction (5% for weapons, 5% for weapons, 10% for clothes) or extra attack and defense bonus (with the emphasis on the latter). I think it would be a hit. You added a tank set in 2021, the Caribbean set, but it was a weak set—no weapons, no leadership bonus, and no extra bonuses for adventurers.

3. About adventures:
  • Add a new set for adventures to the Veteran Shop in a new chest that also contains other interesting items and potions, possibly including an XP potion.
  • The daily repeatable adventure quest should grant XP per level and 1 bond.
  • The HP penalty in adventures should be reduced or eliminated, and charisma needs a formula that works by comparing it to the opponent’s charisma; it’s pointless to have high charisma.

Any chance maximum upgrade level is increased from 5 to 6 ?

With the current pace we get stronger and stronger sets the only way for shop items to be relevant is if we do this. And few whales will still pay to upgrade to 6 so its still a win win for InnoGames and players.

Lets do this InnoGames! @Loki

Considering the recent changes to adventures, I think it's time to focus a little more on this game mode, because it has potential, and the current changes, although very useful, do not motivate players to play adventures or spend real money on adventure items. So, once again, I propose a few changes. Easy to implement, but very useful.
  • Change the charisma formula
I'm not sure what is the current formula, but it seems the at 16 charisma, you have 100% (or 99+%) change to land a critical hit. The crit damage is 25% more. It was fine in the past, when the maximum level was 150, but right now the maximum lever was increased to 250 and many weapons suffers from this. So I propose the following formulas. (CHA = charisma from the left hand weapon)
Crit chance: 10+CHA+10*(CHA^0.6)%
Crit damage: (110+CHA)%

This way the chance to land a critical hit is slightly decreased, charisma has diminishing returns when it comes to the chance to land a crit, but a flat increase in % damage. With this formula, in order to reach 100% critical chance, you need 24 charisma. It's hard to get there. And even if you have more, that charisma is not useless, it still increases the damage.
  • Update the veteran shop and the loot chest
Add items from the SHOP to the Veteran shop and/or the loot chest. Add xp potions (with a low chance) in the loot chest or create a new chest where you can add more useful things, like: Potion of a new beginning, Potion of Forgetfulness, Potion of Weakening, Mysterious Potion, Duel Rollback Potion, Mate tea, Ratatouille with fish, Ground rocket turtle shell, Expert work instructions, Smoked fish, Rice stew, Hot chocolate with chilii, 1, 2, 5% xp potions etc. Add a new set for adventures in the loot chest or the new chest. Make it so that it's worth to be upgraded to higher ups, not to have the maximum bonus at +1. It can be something like this (for clothes):
Hat: 2 dodge chance 0.5 hit chance,
Scarf: 2 hit chance 0.5 dodge chance,
Jacket: 6 hit chance 0.5 dodge chance,
Pants: 6 dodge chance 0.5 hit chance,
Belt: 2 dodge chance 0.5 hit chance,
Boots: 2 hit chance 0.5 dodge chance,
Set bonus: 11 hit chance 11 dodge chance.

  • Add xp per adventure and increase the rewards for adventures that have more than 6 players
It can be: 1 xp x lvl x number of players in the adventure if you lose and 2 xp x lvl x number of players if you win. Or slightly higher. Increase the veteran points and the chance to drop the loot chest for adventures who have more than 6 players. The duration of the rounds depends on the number of players. For adventures with 8 or 10 players, the time spent is much longer, but the prizes are identical to adventures with 6 players. This is not normal.
  • Increase the rewards for the daily quest
Right now the daily quest related to adventures only provide 15 veteran points which are completely useless. Add 10 xp per lvl, 1 bond and increase the veteran points to at least 150.

A better buff for adventures would also be a nice addition, but this can be added for the next recipe events, not necesary in the veteran shop.
These changes don't have to come all at once, they can be introduced one at a time. It's a shame to waste time on new adventure changes if players aren't motivated to play.
