3. Is found in the bank overview window and is picture beside Total
4. Is found in the barracks window and is the star on the guard for a fort that is not available because not being part of the fort alliances.

Hello.
The first small image it was taken at Skill > Mobillity > Hiding!
The second small image is in the courtyard of a fortress.
The third small image in the "Central Bank" of a town.

The bonus image is taken at a foreign fort. The guard in the front of the fortress have a such "sherif Star" like in the Bonus image.
