This is inspired by the OSRS game. I have seen plenty of players that are spamming the saloon chat in search of specific items.
Instead of relying on the saloon chat (which obviously has no message history if you close the tab), maybe adding buying offers on the market is going to fix this annoying experience.
Just like the selling offers work, by setting a buyout price and, optionally, minimum offers, you can as well create buying offers for specific items, of a specific qty, and get alerted or being able to insta-buy them in case they match the offer.
This can be quite awesome, but I'm willing to see the negative aspects of a feature like this, like if insta-buy is a bad feature or not, if alerting seems like a disadvantage that require manual interaction when the offer is clearly defined precisely in terms of quantity and buying price.
