"Sammlungen" is the last button in you inventory bar. I looked up the translation and understand what the word means. What I don't understand is what the button is for. I'm hoping that it's purpose is to tell you what inventory items you have that will enhance the activity you are doing.

Hey!

The filter "Sammlungen" filters your inventory for items that belongs to any clothing sets. So for example if you have the bear and the pillow those will appear on the "Sammlungen" list.
