I don't think a 3'rd set is necessary, since it would invite more to the power hungry train, it would just mean that their would be more comparisons to older sets in the future after. ie, by easter or even independence event, we would like more powerful items even though dotd sometimes have either overpowered sets, or underpowered sets.
Now if we had 3 sets that are overpowered, then what happens to the sets afterwards?

I was just thinking out loud. I think its a good idea not to be able to get dotd during the christmas. As you said, those sets are usually stronger and of course they want us to spend more money on event. But they should still try to combine free set for more than just one purpose, That could potentionally help as well.

Okay, I have a question about the name of an item. In the German forum, Sundance bogen was criticized because in German, a bogen is a bow.
so, is bogen a special name for a neckband? No one here requested a different name for the necklace and I'm annoyed by all this complaining about trivial things :D i think Bogen is a proper noun.

pretty bad, got 0 after spending 2k nuggets. That's around 40 euros. Thankfully I have accumulated a lot of Nuggets through 150% purchases and it might seem like a small amount but spending 2k nuggets to find 0 is sad.

I tried as well :D did both free and 2nd round 150x and got 1 potion lmao. I was so motivated at start then I found myself laughing that its innogames of course :D But got 2x chest with all weapons and 1 Sundance chest so, I think it wasnt that bad...

20k nuggets spent, got 4 potions. I was hoping for at least 1-2 levels worth.
Last event I got 1,5 levels from 5% potions.

Why are you spending 20k nuggets hoping to level up 1 or 2? I wanted to say more, don't do it! But what you did was a waste of money. Level 1 to about level 180, yes! But then 4 drinks, well, okay.

To win the event. Leveling up with potions would have been just the cherry on top.

All these buffs are created for 10 years ago players. Now when you release free sets that gives 150% xp for example, its ridiculous to get buff 10% energy 10% HP. Especially if most of th enew servers are opening in october, so DOTD should get good buffes to help players to start? I would also add in first rounds maybe special chest that will contain one of the christmas set? Even Santa would help to new servers.

And rewards for flowers DOTD should be better as well, for player and for community as well. There is still time to be creative.

As a passionate player who takes his time to think about this stuff and writes feedback, I would like to receive more feedback from higher up. In my opinion there needs to be more focus on interaction between mods/devs and the playerbase.

We have written a multitude of ideas here, I'm just listing some of them: Sundance still being a bit too weak, make coat and belt same value as pants, chance sector bonus to individual damage bonus, consider increasing gun damage, Kit Carson can be a speedset with adventure skills, Bat Masterson should have HP as speedset, ...

I don't believe that for example changing the values of Sundance coat from 0.65/0.5/0.55 to 0.75/0.7/0.8 takes a long time for a developper to change. I do understand that making a new set takes more time, thus they like keeping the same idea. That's fair.

What we lack is communication. Sundance and Event set got a minimal boost after our first feedback but the sets remained in many people's opinion too weak.
If a dev/mod then steps in and explains why no more changes are being made, we are content.

For the past few months I've given a lot of feedback, I even go as far as explaining my opinion based on math. Yet not once has Loki or any other mod liked any of my post, never have I gotten a response, ...

We want our opinions to be heard and acknowledged, that's why we are here and still offering our time and feedback for free. Any game would be happy to have such a passionate community, yet ours doesn't seem to even care about is in the slightest.

Give us a reason to have the beta forum. Asking for our opinions and then completely ignoring them (see craft update) is just another kick in the head. We want to be heard, please make it happen.

Edit: Yes I know some players go overboard and start completely unrelated topics or make obscene comments but the majority of those guys are just angry that they are being ignored for multiple years. I'm certain that the vast majority of them will start behaving completely different ones their voices are being acknowledged

You do know there's another event coming before Christmas? You don't know what kind of set will be added to the game? You have to bribe, too, or the cell will reset to zero! Yes, Day of the Dead with dueling!

too see how badly is that next skill is worse than the previous one in battles, and how bad is the situation about the 2.2 damage per level items (which means old items still worth a lot if super upgraded, which motivates multis to exist)

You should tell people now that you use Sousa level 1 instead of Zapata 5 :) better to give the correct information to people and don't try to make excuses, you know?

I'm sorry that we have to change subjects again but I guess its relevant so I will also add my input.

You’re absolutely right, and the problem goes even deeper. It’s been decades that players have been ignored, and at this point it no longer feels like oversight, it feels like a deliberate refusal to listen. The beta forum was supposed to be a place where player input matters, but in reality it has turned into a dumping ground for feedback that never gets acknowledged.

The worst part is that this isn’t just one or two players complaining. Countless players over the years have taken their time to suggest improvements, provide detailed math, and share creative ideas. Many of these ideas were excellent, yet they’ve been brushed aside again and again. The cycle has been the same for years: players speak up, silence from devs/mods, minimal or no changes, and then the process repeats. Some players, after years of this treatment, have even gone so far as to delete their forum accounts entirely and stopped giving feedback forever. That should tell you how damaging this lack of communication has been.

At some point, asking for feedback while giving nothing in return becomes an insult. It wastes our time, and it erodes what little trust remains between the playerbase and the developers. If you truly don’t want feedback, then be honest and stop pretending the beta forum serves a purpose.

If this continues, the outcome is obvious: people will stop giving feedback, stop caring, and eventually stop playing. You can’t run a community-driven game while ignoring the community. Communication isn’t optional, it’s the foundation of trust. Without it, the game will slowly bleed out its most passionate and dedicated players.

What should be done is crystal clear:

Engage with us. Even short, straightforward answers are better than silence.

Acknowledge feedback. A simple “we’ve read this, but here’s why it won’t change” goes a long way.

Respect the time and effort players put in. Right now, all you’re doing is showing that our input doesn’t matter.


We’ve been ignored for decades. Keep it up, and you won’t just lose feedback, you’ll lose the community itself.

This is also a reason I have stopped giving feedback like I used to before.
