There is only one buff possible to create in game that gives both HP & Duel Motivation - Lantern, yet it seems it's super OP, since it's horribly expensive + they refuse to do anything similar.

What are you on about? This info is posted by a player. You should thank him for doing InnoGames's work since they dont care to show information about crafts.
