Announcement Market Update: Oktoberfest Quest Items

Howdy Cowboys and Cowgirls,

Over the past days our team has worked on the Market issues so we can reopen it for you.
During our final checks, we found another issue that we must fix first.
For this reason, the Market stays closed until the hotfix is ready.
We'll let you know as soon as it's live.

We know the Market is important for the Oktoberfest quest line, and that they end on October 6, so we have prepared 23 links that you can use to log in to your world and claim the crafting items required by the quests.
You have to use the links in sequence to claim all the items required for the Oktoberfest quests.
Items have been created for these Oktoberfest questlines.

How to use the links​

  1. Click the first link from the list below. You will be redirected to the home page.
  2. Log in to your world. (You will receive the item only if you log in to your world through the corresponding link. You can check the URL to make sure you are using the correct link.)
  3. If you have multiple worlds, make sure to open the link again and log in to each world separately with it.
  4. Once you have claimed the item on all worlds, move on to the next link and repeat the process.
  5. Continue until you have used all 23 links and claimed all the required items.

FAQ​

  1. Can I claim the items even if I don't need them?
    Yes! Everyone can claim the items, regardless of whether they need them for the quests.
  2. I did not receive the item. What should I do?
    Please make sure you have followed all the steps correctly. In particular, check that the URL you used to log in matches the corresponding link from our list.
  3. Why do I have to claim the items separately?
    Unfortunately, we currently don't have another way to provide the items quickly and reliably. Since the quests are ending soon, this was the only option available to us to help you make progress and complete the quests in time.
  4. What happens if I don't finish the quests in time?
    Please make sure to claim the items and start working on the quests as soon as possible. We are sorry if you are unable to complete the quests before they end. Unfortunately, we will not be able to complete the quests on your behalf. However, you will be able to continue them next year.
Once again, we apologize for the issues with the market and for the fact that they prevented you from progressing with these questlines.
We hope that the crafting items provided through this workaround will help you complete as many of the quests as possible.

When the Market reopens, all players will get compensation for the time it was closed.
We'll share the details soon.
