This looks very fancy and nice.

But honestly I would rather be without it - it is in the way - and it is one more mouse click.

The login bonus screen. Yes it looks nice - but I would like to have a number for how much exp I get. -It told me something about how much exp I earned the day before - so I liked that,

The amount that job motivation drops is still much too high. It makes it to expensive to use buffs and forces us to change jobs instead.

I agree, it's annoying pop up and XP bonus is not defined.

Yes, motivation drop is too high, but then again after rethinking about this, it might not be so bad thing. Motivation is only important now if you are farming for high luck drops or xp (completely unimportant for products).
But with new job system there are plenty of good jobs to farm for items and xp so it gives back much needed diversity in game. You actually need to think a little again

Also, finally motivation items have some value.

Yes but the 7 % motivation you get from cigarettes is too little - It dos seem pointless to use them now. If you are specialised to find high luck items - you can only use the same job twice a day. Chewing tobacco is just too expensive to make a big difference.

That's where thinking comes into game ;)

Let's say you are pure trader, a common pure build.
You do twice Traveling Merchant, then Selling guns to Indians, then Trading with Indians.
For pure trader, all these give 6000+ luck which is enough for currently most lucrative items (rare recipes and gentleman's and dancer's belt.)
That's six hours of work then you can use one chewing tobacco which is now very easy to make (1 saw, 1 jug, 1 tobacco, 2 wood) and your motivation is back to 100% for all jobs.
OR use 36 bonds to get Mate Tea (full energy refill + 20% motivation raise).

OR if you wanna mix other jobs, add robbing trains, ambush stagecoach or smuggling which also give 6000+ luck for pure trader. Then 1 Mate Tea per day is enough.

That is true if you don't care what you find. But if you have re skilled to find the golden Gun - you don't want to switch jobs all the time- and you might not want to go on for several month.

If you going for 3rd key, then you need to stock up on motivation raising items in advance. For such great reward there should be some challenge that requires preparation.

There will never be perfect balance but current one is satisfying i think.
If you wanna cruise along the game, there isn't really much effort needed, but for something special you need to prepare better and plan ahead which gives that nice flavour to gaming.

To be honest, grave robbing for the third key seems like heaven now after those couple of months of slaving away at the five minute version of the job.

yep, i for one plan to do grave robbing for key 3 on one of my characters now that a drop appears to be a likely scenario!

New job quest times (for daily saloon quests):
2 hours is definitely too much, especially today - 4x 2 hrs leaves not much of your day (and energy).
In 2.03, it was 4:30h - that was quite manageable... 8h is too much.

No comment on this yet...?
Someone (I think olga) has mentioned this somewhere in here, and ppl on the german forums keeep complaining, too.
Any chance that this will be changed..? (I think the intention of the dailies was to give some supplement to your normal daily business (collecting products for building/crafting, dueling, fort battling) - but now it seems they've changed to main tasks, although rewards have been heavily reduced?)

I think it has been investigated since 2.04 was released globally...
