Indian Rite Necklace

I was just in the process of resetting my AP/SP with a potion of new begining when I was ko'd lol So I went to the shop and there is only a blank spot where the Indian Rite Necklace should be!! Is this item being removed or is it a bug?

It must be a bug. Surely the devs wouldn't leave a blank spot if they intentionally wanted to remove the necklace :p
