Hi, what should i do to earn this gun?
I have equipped a hammer, i have "a dirty, bent piece of metal" in my inventory, 100 vigor and level 70... but i can't see the quest "A quiet spot to hammer in"..
What's the problem?

Complete the tutorials and the quest "Save the Saloon part 2" to enable the quest givers.
