Howdy Cowgirls & Cowboys,
we have prepared a new contest for
you.
They say
Pablo Salvador buried more gold than the bank could count, but he didn’t bury it in the dirt.
He locked it behind a rusted vault, sealed by a
4-digit code.
And all that’s left are
four strange clues..
Solve the four clues below.
Each leads to a
single-digit number.
Put the digits together in order to form the
4-digit code.
Only one entry per player is allowed.
Entries will remain hidden until the contest ends.
Clues
Clue 1: The Split Ride | Clue 2: The Bank Job | Clue 3: The Bounty | Clue 4: The Campfire Logic |
|---|
Pablo rode 120 miles over three days:
- On the first day, he covered half the total.
- On the second day, he rode half as far as on the first.
How many miles were left
for the third day? | Pablo broke into the bank at a time when
the hour and minute hands on the clock
were pointing exactly opposite each other.
What hour was it? | Salvador’s bounty increased by $481 every month for 3 months.
It started at $3,001.
What was the final reward? | Around the fire, Pablo once said:
"I had five bullets and four bandits.
Each one needed at least one to drop.
So I shared the bullets out - but not equally.
One got two, one got one, and the rest shared the rest equally".
How many bullets did
the last two get each? |
Use the last digit of that number as your first code digit. | Use the hour (in 12-hour format) as the second code digit. | Use the last digit of the final reward as the third code digit. | Use that number as the fourth code digit. |
