New Issue error en shipment from germany

hola a todos, disculparme pero no se ingles.
Estoy haciendo la misión de envío desde alemania, pero me ha desaparecido los tres barriles de cerveza y no me dan la caja de madera.
he seguido los pasos de la guía y no lo tengo.
podeis indicarme que ha pasado.
gracias.
