This is old topic.I want one build for now,not 2009.
If you aim to be a resistance dueller, you have two general options to pick from: focusing on mobility to specialise against ranged duellers or a more traditional build focusing on strength. I don't have any figures for you, but right now ranged duellers significantly outnumber melee duellers.

Easy... 100% on strenght and resistance (melee dueler and get a maximum of 200 damage on each duel against people with melee weapons and 500 against guns and you will be a massive powerhouse on fort fights after you get to 120) or 100% on mobility and Reflex (200 from guns and 500 from melee and nothing else).
Or combine between them... right now is pretty easy to be a reductor and get 99% wins.

It depends... it´s not so easy...
* 100% on strenght and resistance
This build does not have Dodging. So, we can use firearm; by decreasing the aiming and increasing the Shooting, and pow! (and we have so much dodging for security). This build is the easier to beat.
* 100% on mobility and Reflex (200 from guns and 500 from melee and nothing else).
This is more difficult... but, doesn´t have shooting/vigor. So, we need the cullen´s set to beat, to reduce it too. (As full dexterity, we always have more aiming - we can lose one/two, but wins 8/9)
