DotD - community questline reward

Third stage of the "Day of the Dead" community reward was a special questline. Is it the same questline than last year or is it a new one?

It looks like it should be the same than last year... for the people that didn´t do it in time. And the repeatable for the ones that had it completed. But, it is bugged.
So the quests appeared before the time...
