@Loki Monday is a good day to change design of set 2. After days of trying to accept that, we all wanna puke more then on release day. Please change that, it looks very cheap like 6 y.o kid created it. Its difficult to take this company seriously while they are doing this kind of "jokes"
@Lukasz032 @innogames we know you can read, so just read please what we are telling to you. At least change it to this. Its still with zombie theme, it looks like zombie, it makes sense and its not UGLY and we wont go blind from that faded colour.

Will there be any changes to the Death Chest, or is the current state final for the event?
Personally, I’d prefer if it included only the last three years (2022–2024), not the museum sets from 2018 — although, unfortunately, some of them are still better than this year’s.

Guys, the design of a set shouldn’t be a major issue here. It is what it is, and if they decide not to change it, it’s really not the end of the world. The set is still fine SP/AP-wise.
I think I understand the logic behind it. It’s a Zombie, an undead creature, someone who died long ago but still walks the earth. Maybe this character once roamed the Wild West, dueling others and taking their items as trophies of victory. Now, as an undead being, he haunts the West, carrying those same items as reminders of his past triumphs.
Sure, the design and color grading could be better, but I think the intent behind the colors is to represent “dead” or lifeless tones. It might not be 100% spot on, but I get what they were going for.
Is it only me that thinks this way?

I suggest 10% XP potion to be added on the 5th stage. It wont be easy to get and players will have to spend a lot of nuggets to get lots of them, its a win-win for both InnoGames and the players in my opinion.
Also, Death chest should include Mictecacihuatl, Papa Legba, Fortune Teller and Reaper chests. Every time the past years DotD chests are being added in the Death Chest but the last 2 years they are not. Please do that. Thanks.
In TW-Calc, the sets that I mentioned above are not included in the Death Chest, maybe you guys did change it and its now included, I don't know, so if you please can clarify if they are in and if not, are they going to be included.

I don’t agree with this — these 10% EXP potions are not fair at all. Sure, InnoGames makes good money from them thanks to the nugget spenders, but they create a huge gap between those players and the rest who spend little or no nuggets.

Or you could try and see it as a bigger picture. If they don't change this design of the set, they won't change anything major then. So maybe you can stick with us and vote for changing it as well. And especially as you said that this set is strong, most of us are going to wear it and it's just pure ugly..ness.... That colour is too faded and it hurts not only eyes but stomach as well. This is why we most of the time never get changes this game needs, not only because they don't care, but because this damn forum can't stay at least once united!

Also to add, this event needs some % XP potions as well. It doesn't have to be 10%, but to add 1% and 2% won't hurt anybody and would definitely help since we have a long run to get to 250 level. Don't vote for not potions just because some of you have 250 already. Be objective and cool, not mean.
This event needs remake as well for some better rewards but it is what it is. xp potions are the least they can add. (Al together with changing 2nd set which is really ugly man...)

If the developers of The West want their game to stay alive, simply changing colors won't cut it. Players deserve real content, not just graphical placebo. And if the developers keep blaming “limited resources,” maybe it's time to admit that laziness has become part of the design philosophy.

Now looking back and remembering what we were asking for them and here we are at the point where they cant create one set without being copycat.... Hilarious and sad at the same time.
Once again their work has proved they can make impossible nightmares possible.

I get where you’re coming from, and I understand the frustration. Still, I’m sticking with my opinion, even if it makes me sound like an a-hole. I agree that the set could use better color grading and design, don’t get me wrong. I just wanted to point out a possible reason why it might look similar to other set pieces.
I’m not against changing it at all, but personally, even if they don’t, it doesn’t bother me. The set has a great SP/AP ratio, so I’ll keep using it regardless of how it looks, and let’s be honest, most people will too.
Also, just to clarify, set designs come from the design department. @Lukasz032 doesn’t have anything to do with that, like he mentioned before, he just handles the coding.
Right now in the 5th stage, the weapons have a 16% drop rate and the Death Chest at 5.9%. If they decide to add XP potions, I’m not saying they should make it super common, something around the same rate as the Death Chest, maybe around 4%, would be fair.
Trust me, even if you spend thousands of euros, you’ll barely get a single level’s worth of XP potions at that rate. Alternatively, like Emma mentioned, they could add smaller XP potions in the 1st and 2nd stages, but again, with a very low drop rate. Not impossible to find, just enough that you can occasionally get a couple.

THe free set it s 110% sht atleast if they buff it from set bonuses but doubt it.this won't happen either. Imo belt should have 30 drop and shoes 30 lucky.

It was their plan all along to release everything too late to not have any time to find a "will" and change what had to be changed. There is no money in these sets yet we have 2x XP, Unless you are duel based player, there is nothing for you since free set is nah - will help if you have nothing to drop, luck is very secondary. Visuals of set 2 is trash and I mean it. Yes players will wear it but its pure evil what they have done to us with this set. Nothing new added to this event, copy paste as always, they couldnt even add new 1000% buffs to make it interesting, no potions, nothing. Same as with octoberfest. Last year they changed it, this year they forgot and just took basic sheet.
I also dont believe that visuals are for somebody else, they dont have that many staff obviously. If there are 2 people running the west behind management and developig together than its still too much for what they are doing.
And all that hate is well deserved, thats the reward for their ignorance to their customers and not being able to adapt on time they are at. They still believe it 2015.

Nodin doesn't have that for Shooting, Cowgirl doesn't have that for Shooting, Vaquero doesn't have that for Vigor, Hunter doesn't have that for Vigor, etc.
Sets usually don't provide coverage for both styles, (and imho for balance sake they shouldn't), it's either wear one set or wear another one that suit your needs.
Also not possible, it's a Shooting spec set, it won't and shouldn't have Vigor in set bonus.
If you want some good Vigor weapons, I suggest you to get Forty's or Cowgirl (or Nodin, can't be upgraded but it has a good vigor weapon set), some friends may have spares you can buy/borrow from them.
I agree with this though, full a Folklore set being literally able to stop full Zombie's hits without even needing to add any skill point into reflex/thoughness is a bit concerning, good thing it doesn't have much HP anyways, and if defender aims to combine pieces for HP they will likely lose a considerale amount of resistance which may lead to an easier KO if played correctly... (Still, the answer isn't to add Vigor into a Shooting set...)
P.S.: Did some research just in case and realized there are some sets combinations (for example Aponi clothes+Pearl mount+Zombie weapons; or Nodin clothes+Cowgirl mount+Forty weapons, and a few more) with enough stats to overcome both Folklore's Resistances without Skill Point involved on either sides, but it does gets tricky if we consider the defender to have a reflex/toughness build (worth mentioning the attacker can also have points on Vigor/Shooting too, so we can exclude SP/AP from the theoretical scenarios, both sets are "balanced" enough as it is)

aponi clothes (3,95) + pearl mount doesnt exist i will assume jaguar warrior mount due to being one of the best shooting mounts (1,67) + zombie weapons (1,3) give 6,92 shooting per level
nodin clothes (3,5) + cowgirl ride (1,4) + forty weapons (1,45) give 6.35 vigor
in both cases you are short
the closest i got was 7,6 shooting per level with the best shooting combo (aponi + blue thunder ride + western weapons)
remember that resistance is primary resistance + 1/4 of secondary resistance thats why FD gives 7,875 total resistance per level
