The Referee Whistle had incorrect rounding for the Speed bonus.

How has said it had incorrect Rounding? The Whistle was part of 2014 EVENT AND SALE. It was implemented in game this way, introduced this way (with 100% speed bonus promised) and was obtainable with NUGGETS.

This leads to breaking consumer law, regarding:
- misleading commercial practice
- Significant loss of value: the product is no longer what was purchased
- Unfair contract terms

Same happens to Folklorico Cat.

If the issue is not resolved within next Update, I will escalate the matter to relevant consumer protection authorities and pursue formal dispute resolution.

Blame InnoGames not @Loki , he isnt the person that decides what changes and what not. How are there still people like you that blame @Loki or ANY CM for InnoGame's own failure still baffles me to this day.

Is this regarding the 'old referee whistle' ?

At level 201 it goes from 100% to 200% speed. Is the fix nerfing this rounding that doubled its speed?

It was a pretty nice item, RIP

Wrong bonuses rounding

Mossman's jacket and pants had incorrect rounding for the Money from jobs and duels bonus.
The Referee Whistle had incorrect rounding for the Speed bonus.
This has been resolved.


Wrong item bonus

The Unknown bandit's belt had an extra bonus: "+1 Labor points on Picking Herbs".
This bonus has been removed.

May I request you to ask the dev/higher ups why they still haven't fixed Folclorico Cat's Speed bonus, Blue Jhon's Shirt duplicate Shooting bonus, Xochiquetzal's Shield damage bonus, which are items in need of fixing way before these other items? It would be nice if they just admit that they don't care/don't want to fix these items so we can stop asking them to fix what actually needs fixing and move along.

Perhaps, ask them when do they intend to make use of all those weeks between each changelog, instead of just working on it the day before the changelog?

Seriously, to @innogames, why don't you guys close the game already? This gives second-hand embarassment.
 
This changelog is empty exactly like the ones that were every 2 weeks. It's completely unacceptable to move to over 1 month updates and bring the same or even less changes. Please send this to @innogames so they can see that we are seriously dissapointed by how things are going on now.
At least when it was every 2 weeks you could of said you didnt have time to do so much. What is the excuse now?
 
You didnt care about mossman's cash bonus for over a month so just leave it as it is, same with whistle.

Also im waiting for a refund because i opened over 100 2025 christmas bags looking for mastersons tie

Yes, i believe that one. The one that we get from the 2020 football quest. Not the one from 2014 that was purchased with nuggets. The thing is the bonus is so low now. It will give probably +1% Speed instead of +100%. Should give atleast 0.05 per level not 0.005 how it is now.
