I have no new information but i'd like to further confirm previous information and also thank @killado for pioneering the research and everyone else who is contributing.
The thorns of liberty - job: Free slaves on a thursday - found after 185 energy
I've also had other 3 friends confirm this information.
Captain's loincloth - job: Stearing a paddle steamer with roll of cloth ( [item=715000] ) equipped - found after 182 energy
I've also had other 2 friends confirm this information.
Leather leg protection - job: Work as a fur trader on a sunday - Yet to atttempt it
I've had 2 friends confirm this information
Office glasses - reported job: Lead a trading office with glasses ( [item=52939000] ) equipped - Around 1000 energy NOT found
I've had 3 friends that have also not been able to find it after hundreds/thousands energy spent.
From what I have seen on this thread people have had more luck on the weekend (could just be confirmation bias) but seems a few have been able to find it on other week days? I've also seen commented in this thread some have found it, only after over a thousand energy spent. Lower chance?

My speculation regarding these last two items, following other's patterns will either require a specific day or item equipped.
Whenever I have the time I will explore the following:
Motivational horn - Possibly a work that's related a Bovidae (Hunting antelopes, Hunting buffalo, Track big game) as blowing horns generally were made from it.
Afternoon jewelry - Possibly with fancy jewelry ( [item=730000] ) equipped possibly some job that envolves Robbing (train, bank, graves, ambushing) or Treasure Hunting

Possible, but all 6 items are common things with an additional word added for clarification what it is. With the ones we got so far, it's that additional word that hints at the job. We got:
- Captains loincloth at a captain job with a cloth equipped
- Office glasses at an office job with glasses equipped
- Thorns of liberty at a job that gives slaves liberty
- Leather leg protection at fur trader that deals with dead skin like leather.
Following similar logic, we get?
- Motivational horn might drop at a job related to motivating people (serving in the army? Recruiting soldiers?), maybe with a post horn/horn of a cow equipped.
- Afternoon jewelry at a job related to the afternoon, with fancy jewelry equipped
Can't really think though of a job related to the afternoon specifically that isn't a stretch. Or did I miss an obvious one.

Perhaps, but so far I've seen there isn't a job description that tells you something new that isn't already clear from the job name. If you steer the ship, that automatically makes you the captain? And no description explicitly has afternoon or motivation in the text.

tried 500+ 15s jobs each combination on Monday got nothing.
also tried 1000+ jobs on Monday based on
these posts, got nothing. Does time difference matter between the servers? Because when i login the beta server after 00:00, beta is ~22:00. Also advent calendar notification shows up but when ı try to get it, it says ' today is not .... ' I mean is there any server time that is taken as reference to drop these items?

It can be easy to forget with our modern world that the basic utensils that we have today have not always existed. Yes, goat or ox horns were used as a convenient beverage holder. If you go by a local Ren Fairre, you are likely to see a Viking or two strolling down an aisle with a horn in hand. Plastic horns are now available for those that would prefer a non-animal based drinking horn. If you do purchase an animal-based horn, just make sure it is sourced ethically. But we will say, if you want to drink like a Viking, a horn is the way to go.Mysehra

Job appears to be Stearing a paddle streamer. And effectively requires cloth to be equipped : cloth disappears when loincloth pops.
I got it on regular server very easily (at 19th try). So, there is maybe another requirement ?!
I got it on a Tuesday at 13h30 (1:30pm).
Nice idea ! Have to look further after that !
Remember announcement speaks about "drop requirements". And there are various types of such requirements in TW :
- job type, for sure but it sometimes allows more that one type of job ;
- time : on specific day(s) but also on specific time period (my nightmare : early morning quests) ;
I wouldn't be surprised that Afternoon jewelry can only be droppes in the afternoon.
- object : specific object equipped (that's easy to confirm, it vanishes) but also object(s) in inventory ;
- skill etc : sometime a specific / minimal value of a a given attribute or skill is requested ;
not speaking about mysterious motivation level that we can extend also to energy and health points ;
and the even more mysterious need to re-motivate.
PS : what a stupid name for that Captain loincloth ! I don't know the image you have hearing that in English but in French !!
