Probably double the one from them special items (center and 191 jobs).
For example: leg guards should be tied with some horses jobs or Rodeo or Cowboy... with some leather equipped.

I don't think there is really a lock on the level 150 requirements

fort notification window on left side of screen is missing. I am signed up for a FF, and the chat for the fort is active, but the little window that shows how long until the FF is totally gone. I don't think that was what was expected by making the clocks sync.

those 6 new items? probably will never be found
info is limited and options thru the info are too many
and nowadays with productsets? nobody walks around with products equiped
unless they search specifically for those 6 items

Have been trying... no luck, for now. Too many jobs and too many items. Since it can even need things (like the leg guards, using shorts or no pants), hope i get lucky on one of the jobs with the right item.

Since I don't have 150+ account in beta I wanted to give you a few ideas on where to look for these items.
Office glasses: Work in an office ( maybe wear the product that the job drops ) - You can also try other Office related jobs like Lawyer , Judge etc etc
Motivational horn: Hunt Bulls or Hunting Antelopes or Work in a rodeo or Setting Traps or Archaeologist ( maybe try equipping Bull meat or Antelope horns )
Leather leg protection: Work as a fur trader or Work as a tailor or Work as a stud farmer ( maybe try equpping a product of those jobs )
Thorns of Liberty: Pick carrots or Pick herbs or Work as a historian ( maybe try equipping a product of those jobs )
Captains loincloth: Work as a Bandit Leader ( thats the only job that comes to mind )
Afternoon jewelry: Stealing from Merchants ( also nothing else comes to mind )

Office glasses - Work in an office <- already tried with glass (blacksmith) and glass of water or the glasses. Firefighter and bonfire (glass, glasses and glass of water) Got nothing.
Motivational horn - tried, with, post horn and horn of a cow, on Recruit Soldiers and Lead an Expedition. Got nothing
Leather leg protection - tried: Work as tailor, equipping all leather things (leather strap, leather, leather covering, the selling horses drop and tailor tape), tried all jobs connected with horses (including wells fargo and rodeo) with those 5. Got nothing.
Thorns of Liberty - haven't tried. That looks like barbed wire with a barber razor.
Captains loincloth - tried tailor (with all leather products), Steamer, buidling boats, white water transport and transport wood. (Know Loin cloth, from other games, but it's undergarments, like barbarians). Got nothing.

Clearing forests, felling trees, rafting wood, building palisades, hunting rattlesnakes, whitewater transport, laying tracks, etc.
These are a few jobs where you have to/should wear leg protection!
Then there are sets with luck, work motivation, work points, that can also have an influence?

Put on a cow horn.
Miner, ammunition transporter, fort guard, you also need
gunpowder when hunting. You always think about the new work! But think differently about where you might need something. It's not written anywhere that you can only find something with new work.
That also applies to the glasses

I think the 150 level requirement is because of the jobs
don't think the devs have made 6 items with a 150 level lock on it, useless items even
