That automatic deletion process will be or already global?
What do you mean by global, exactly?

The deletion process will be added to all games at the same time after July 10th. However, the deletion criteria are handled per game version. So if you have an account on The West Beta, The West International and Forge of Empires International for example, logging in to The West Beta will not affect the deletion of your other two accounts and vice versa.
