18th Birthday! - Discussion

You guys forget that those recipes are 150 point recipes so they are obviously not going to be strong or even usable. ( There are many not usable recipes in each profession )

I would swap Blacksmith with Master saddlers recipe. Blacksmith already has similar buff ( Birthday topper ) , this is completely useless for Blacksmith to have exactly the same buff but slightly weaker. Give it to Master saddler that doesnt have many buffs ( if any at all )

Set looks okay I guess. Nice to see finally a good neck XP item.

by that logic you are right yes but everyone would have preferred recipes lvl 900-1100 to finish the green crafting achievement (literally players have manifested it on the forum and dozens of players have asked me in game if its normal they cant make that achievement) and also useful buffs
 
Why? Does it sound fun to you to have an item set almost double the value it previously had? If you dont ask for balance things you will complain when you will have to pay with your real money for something that is worse than a free set. Because of people like you we are getting sets that make everything released before completely useless and power creep all stats to the moon.
You really drew this conclusion of me from the three words I wrote? I meant no offense to you but you took it really personal, not everyone is attacking you who disagrees with you. If you are interested in my opinion, I love having all the different items in the game, I collect all of them and it just makes the game more diverse, however useless they are. But I am guilty of being happy if an OP set or item comes, especially if it is not a fort fighter or dueller set. You could argue that the Western set for example is far the most OP thing and it should not be in the game, but it is and I love it, and it is not my fault at all.
Anyway i actually believe that they just put the wrong bonus. They most likely meant to do 35% prod drop on one of them and 35% Money on the other for a total of 55% Prod drop, 55% Money and 35% Exp.
If that would be the case, it would still be one of the best if not the best drop chance set so no complaint from me.
 
Let's not forget the most important thing (to me at least): XP on the Hat instead of boots. Slightly more XP on weapon set (+5% on fort gun, +5% on duelling weapon). The rest can be as it is now.

PS: I'll continue writing this type of messages until we get another XP hat lol

First of all, ignoring full thread of feedback to crafting where literally everybody was suggesting better and more appropriate bonuses for year 2026 is out of the mind. all 4 are trash, let me reuse the same picture, this time its innogames binging new recipes:

with that being said, 18 birthday set is kinda mixed of oooh, aaah and huh?
1. 30% experience must go to hat and body. I dont think XP bonus from 2 items will be more than 10%, so you can add 30% on pants too and let rest money. I know in innogames you guys are "working" topless so maybe you forget to add xp bonuses on body, and hat, yeah, we are still wearing hats too - hair or not.
2. Agreed with @WesternCalin mount is insane. 90% drop on birthday set while last independence winner set had 100%.... lmao
change totem bonus 35% experience instead of drop.
3. tomahawk should have 15% XP, why are you doing same bonus on both dueling weapons is beyond my understanding....

Also, I know, that you wouldnt care less and wont change anything. It just proves after 18 years you still dont get it.

Now, question: In this situation, apart that overpowered drop chance on mounts, this set is mediocre for players. Compare this set to those 4 crafting items. Its like wearing a gucci shoes with skirt from Tesco. It just doesnt go together, which is how you know that crafting items are poorly made. All you need to do is use brain from time to time.


Cant wait for independence how you mess up those sets as well :D So far you are doing pretty damn good job there....
 
Also if we cant expect nothing good at level 150 crafting, then this nonsenses have to require less products and products actually from jobs that are easily droppable. If somebody is trying to convince me, that this crafting it worth of level 150 crafting, then i would like to sent to those persons a bird that will be singing a wake up call for at least a week lmao. If you think level 150 is too low for this bonuses, make one crafting item with 1 bonus but make it usable, not laughable. Just stop releasing sh.t.......
 
I suggest all 18th Birthday clothing to have on all individual items XP bonus. Make the set an XP set ( if you have any chance of bringing more "new" players this will be the way ) im saying this because InnoGames tends to release things for newer worlds/players

Mount is good same as yield. Matter of fact drop chance should get increased to 95% in total.

Weapons are fine as well, maybe add 15% xp on one of the dueling weapons and make it even better.

The set is actually pretty good skills wise, could maybe use an extra +100 LP.
 
I agree with that many people sad. The XP from shoe should be moved to the hat. Makes no sense to have a 4th shoe with high XP. While there isn't a real option for hat.
 
Maybe the XP from neck could go to the belt too. Hat and belt, would work nicely with the the western set and the annie oakley/lost indian shoe.
 
I agree with the majority here, XP shoes should be moved to belt or hat, because we have way to many options for shoes, upgreadable ones that are even better and many players already have.
Product bonus for mount set is welcome, but lets be real, it's a lot, and for balance sake it should be reduced.
Dueling weapons could have different bonuses, to add diversity, but I understand they don't want it to be better than non-upgreaded Reaper.


There is a feedback thread on the recipes already in which I said the level of the recipe should be taken into account for the bonus they give, it isn't a surprise these are 150 crafting level recipes :njub:
Still I would prefer the Blacksmith recipe bonus to be on Master Saddler, and consequently, Master Saddler recipe bonus on Blacksmith, just because they fit better with the theme of these crating jobs and like @Uchiha Madara already said, Blacksmith already has a better crating recipe than the new one (I will call it better despite not having 45% travel reduction because the new recipe cost is farly higher than bday topper).
It would be ideal if they increase the bonuses or change them for the better, but in my humble opinion the crafting level requirement should be increased accordingly.
